Writing a report

1. Introduction
The purpose of this report is to explain the problems teachers face at work and suggest ways to improve the working environment.

2. Heavy workload
One of the main problems is the large amount of work teachers have, which makes us feel stressed. Many teachers say they do not have enough time to prepare lessons because of extra tasks.

3. Poor communication
Another problem is the poor communication between teachers and the school management, which makes educators feel isolated. Some also feel that they do not get enough support from their colleagues.

4. Recommendations
To improve the situation, I suggest that the school reduce the extra tasks, so we have more time for teaching. It would also help if the school organizes regular meetings to share concerns and ideas. Finally, encouraging more teamwork and support between colleagues could improve the atmosphere.

5. Conclusion
Solving these problems will help create a better working environment for teachers in order to improve job performance.

Learn English is one click away

Have you ever wondered how many tools we have nowadays to make the learning English process easier? If you want to improve your English in a modern way, this is a must-read!

Personally, I’ve tried apps like Duolingo, but I haven’t enjoyed it. It helps with learning new words, but it focuses too much on memorizing instead of truly understanding.

What really works for me is watching series or listening to podcasts. This improves my listening skills and vocabulary. Also, it helps with grammar by showing how words are used in real sentences. Moreover, subtitles are also helpful to understand better and learn new expressions.

Another useful tool is artificial intelligence. I often use it to correct my writing and give me suggestions. It helps me understand my mistakes and improve. Also, the HelloTalk app is great for practicing conversation with real people who are learning English or even with native speakers.

As a suggestion, my favorite device is my laptop, because I can type easily, open different pages, and concentrate better. But I also use my phone when I’m not at home.

In my opinion, technology makes learning more interactive and enjoyable. So, why not take advantage of it? English is just one click away!

Writing an essay (Test)

Why are creatives moving from urban areas to the countryside? Nowadays, thinking about this opportunity is quite common among creative people, and there are several factors that support this change of life.

Firstly, high rents and relentless competition over fewer and fewer job opportunities make it hard for creative people to keep their careers in big cities. In fact, finding affordable housing and stable job opportunities is becoming more and more difficult due to overpopulation.

Secondly, the growing commercialization of urban areas has changed the environment. Cities are now more focused on business and tourism, which makes it harder for creatives to find authentic and inspiring spaces.

Thirdly, moving to the countryside provides a better work-life balance. A peaceful environment allows creatives to focus on their projects without constant distractions and stress.

In conclusion, moving from cities to the countryside can be a good option for creatives looking for affordability, inspiration, and a healthier lifestyle. It gives them the opportunity to improve their work in a more practical and satisfying way, which is essential for them to reach their full potential.

Should young adults and their families consider moving from the city to the countryside?
Thinking about moving from one place to another must be carefully considered. However, this decision can bring great benefits if planned properly.

Firstly, leaving the city for the countryside is a great opportunity to connect with nature. Stress is common in action-packed cities, so living in a rural area can help reduce it thanks to the fresh air and quieter environment.

Secondly, moving allows people to face new realities by meeting new people. This is important for creating new social ties and expanding one’s point of view as a non-urban resident.

Moreover, one of the most important factors is that moving to the countryside helps us connect with ourselves. Living in a more relaxed area provides peaceful moments for reflection and self-discovery.

In conclusion, moving from the city to the countryside can be a very feasible option for those who want to change their habits and live a more relaxed life. Nature, social bonding, and self-awareness are key elements that can improve our well-being and help us reach our full potential.

My personal reflection on Digital Learning

The first time I saw that we would have this course, I was very excited because for the first time we would have a subject focused only on technology. In a world that is more and more technological, it’s important that we, as future teachers, master these tools and concepts 100%.

This course has been a very good experience because, before starting the workshop, my knowledge about technology was very limited. I only knew basic tools and didn’t understand the depth of the concept of technology, especially in education. Now I understand that it has many benefits and disadvantages depending on its use or misuse. I also know that it can be a great ally to improve teaching and learning, as long as it is used ethically and responsibly.

I really liked how the teacher managed this subject with very dynamic activities. For example, at the beginning of the course, we had to make concept maps and tables about the principles of teaching with technology and recognize its advantages and disadvantages. This made the introduction to the course much more fun, and learning became easier because it helped me see everything in a clear and organized way.

One of the activities I enjoyed the most was applying the SAMR and TPACK models. I found it interesting how these models help us understand the levels at which technology can transform education. They showed us how to change an activity we already know and simply use technologial creativity.

I also remember the talk with Jesse Gleason, who introduced us to innovative tools like Magic School and Mizou. It was interesting to see how these technologies can make learning more dynamic and accessible. However, we also discussed the ethical implications of using AI, like plagiarism or excessive dependence. This made me think about the importance of teaching students to use these tools responsibly.

As a conclusion, this course has given me practical and theoretical tools that I plan to apply in my future teaching career. Personally, I think this class has been very beneficial, it’s very important that it continues to be taught, since our generation is making a change with technology, and although it is relatively new, over the years technology will increase rapidly, so for future teachers to know the implications of implementing technology makes us better teachers, because in that way we can connect directly with our students, adapting to their world. Finally, I end this subject with the certainty that technology can transform education, but also with the responsibility to use it as a complement, not as a substitute for human interactions.
